What is PersonaShare?
PersonaShare is a consent-first marketplace where creators license their likeness, voice, and motion capture data for AI training. Brands get compliant access to diverse, authentic digital humans — creators earn royalties.
Who can join PersonaShare?
Anyone can join. Creators upload their biometric assets and set licensing terms. Brands and companies can browse and purchase licenses to use creator data for AI training and synthetic media production.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All assets are stored securely on encrypted infrastructure. Creators control exactly which license tiers they offer and what uses are permitted. You can remove your assets at any time.
For Creators
How do I get started as a creator?
Sign up, complete your profile, upload your assets (face stills, voice samples, motion video), set your license tiers, and publish. Once your profile is live, brands can browse and purchase.
What kinds of assets can I upload?
You can upload face stills (front, profile, expressions), voice audio samples, and motion capture video. Higher quality and variety of assets typically attract more buyers.
How do I get paid?
Earnings are paid via Stripe Connect directly to your bank account. PersonaShare takes a 15% platform fee; you keep 85%. Payouts are processed on a rolling basis as purchases are confirmed.
Can I set different prices for different uses?
Yes. You create license tiers with different prices, usage rights, and restrictions. For example, you might offer a basic tier for personal projects and a premium tier for commercial advertising.
For Brands
How do I find the right creator?
Use Browse to filter creators by category, assets available, and license tier. You can view creator profiles, see sample assets (watermarked), and compare license tiers before purchasing.
What does a license include?
Each license specifies the usage rights (e.g., commercial, web, broadcast), restrictions (e.g., impression limits), and asset types included. Full terms are available before purchase.
Can I negotiate custom terms?
Yes. Use the Deals feature to propose custom arrangements with creators. Both parties negotiate and agree on scope, pricing, and deliverables before any payment.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If assets are materially different from what was described, we will work with you and the creator to resolve the issue. Contact support within 14 days of purchase.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Bank transfers are available for enterprise deals.
Is there a subscription fee?
No. PersonaShare is free to join. We only earn when a transaction is completed — 15% of each purchase goes to the platform.
How are creator payouts handled?
Creators connect their bank account via Stripe Connect. Earnings from completed purchases are transferred within 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
What currencies are supported?
All pricing is in USD. Stripe handles currency conversion for international payments.
Refunds & Disputes
What is your refund policy?
Because digital licenses grant immediate access to assets, refunds are generally not available after download. Exceptions are made when assets are materially misrepresented. Contact support within 14 days.
What if the creator's assets don't match the description?
Contact support with details. If assets are materially different from what was advertised, we will investigate and may issue a full or partial refund.
How do I dispute a charge?
First, contact our support team at support@personashare.com. We'll work to resolve the issue before any chargeback is initiated. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
