Setting Up License Tiers
Configure pricing, usage rights, and restrictions for your license offerings.
What Are License Tiers?
License tiers define what buyers can do with your likeness and at what price. You can create multiple tiers — for example, a basic tier for small projects and a premium tier for commercial advertising.
Creating a Tier
Go to Creator → License Tiers → Add Tier.
Pricing
Set a price in USD. Consider these benchmarks:
- $99–$299 — personal/small commercial use, limited impressions
- $499–$999 — commercial use, web/digital advertising
- $1,999+ — enterprise, broadcast, unlimited impressions
PersonaShare takes 15%; you keep 85%.
Usage Rights
Specify what buyers are permitted to do, such as:
- Personal projects
- Social media content
- Commercial advertising
- Web and digital use
- Broadcast TV
- AI model training
Restrictions
Add limits to protect your likeness:
- Max impressions — cap how many times content is viewed
- No commercial use — restrict to non-commercial only
- Geography — limit to specific regions
- Time limit — set expiration on the license
Best Practices
- Offer at least 2 tiers to capture different buyer budgets
- Write a clear description explaining the value of each tier
- Review competitor pricing in Browse to stay competitive
- Enable "Requires Approval" if you want to vet buyers before access
