Keeping Your Account Secure
Your PersonaShare account controls access to your licensed assets and financial information. Follow these best practices.
Strong Passwords
- Use a unique password you don't use anywhere else
- Minimum 12 characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Use a password manager (1Password, Bitwarden, etc.)
Recognizing Phishing
PersonaShare will never ask for your password via email. If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from PersonaShare:
- Don't click links — go directly to personashare.com
- Check the sender's email domain
- Forward suspicious emails to security@personashare.com
Suspicious Activity
If you notice unexpected logins, purchases, or changes to your account:
- Change your password immediately
- Contact support@personashare.com
- Check your email provider for other compromised accounts
Account Recovery
If you're locked out, use the Forgot Password link on the login page. Recovery codes are sent to your registered email address.
