Billing & Payments FAQ

Common questions about charges, refunds, and payment methods.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe. Enterprise clients can request bank transfer — contact sales@personashare.com.

How are charges processed?

Purchases are charged immediately at checkout. You'll receive a receipt by email from Stripe (on behalf of PersonaShare).

Can I get a refund?

Because licenses grant immediate access to digital assets, refunds are generally not available after download. Exceptions are made when:

  • Assets are materially different from what was described
  • A technical error prevented download
  • Duplicate charges occurred

Contact support within 14 days of purchase.

How do creator payouts work?

PersonaShare collects payments and automatically routes 85% of each purchase to the creator's Stripe account, typically within 2–5 business days.

Is there a subscription or monthly fee?

No. PersonaShare is free to join. We only earn when a transaction is completed.

What currencies are supported?

All transactions are in USD. Stripe handles conversion for international cards.

I was charged but didn't get access. What do I do?

Contact support@personashare.com with your payment receipt. We'll resolve it within 1 business day.
