What a License Grants
A PersonaShare license grants you specific rights to use a creator's biometric data for the purposes defined in the license agreement. Rights vary by tier.
Common Usage Rights
- Personal projects — non-commercial, private use
- Social media — posting on social platforms
- Commercial advertising — ads, marketing materials
- Web — websites, apps, digital campaigns
- Broadcast — TV, streaming platforms
- AI training — training AI models using the creator's data
Common Restrictions
- Impression caps — maximum number of times the content can be viewed
- Geographic limits — use only in specified countries/regions
- Industry restrictions — some creators prohibit use in certain industries (e.g., political, adult content)
- Time limits — license expires after a set period
What You Cannot Do
Unless explicitly permitted, you may not:
- Sublicense or resell the creator's data
- Use data outside the scope of permitted usage
- Modify or distort the creator's likeness in ways not covered
- Claim ownership of the creator's identity
